Kale microgreens are an easy functional food that support a healthy immune system.  Kale Microgreens are a superfood teeming with vitamins and minerals. They are high in vitamins A, B2, C, K, and E, as well as minerals like calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, and manganese. Kale microgreens are also a good source of copper, zinc, phosphorus, carotene, chlorophyll, 9 essential amino acids, trace elements, fiber, and antioxidants.

  • HEALTH

    Kale microgreens contain Vitamin A, B, C, E, and K, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, and 9 essential amino acids.  They help to boost your immunity and can aide in wound recovery.  They are moderately high in fiber.  They have a concentration of micronutrients and phytochemicals which combats oxidative stress, slowing the progression of chronic diseases and boosting the immune system.

    This soil-grown microgreen has a soft earthy, and nutty flavor with a sweet taste and crunchy texture.  Many say the flavor is lightly similar to mustard but much less spicy!

  • USE

    You can pair Kale Microgreens with just about any dish with their mild flavor, including any salad and shake.  You can garnish any cold or warm dish with Kale to add a bit of nutty flavor, a pop of color, and nutritional value.  Try adding them to your next green juice or smoothie!  This is an easy and versitlie addition to any dish.

  • STORAGE

    To help your shoots get their longest shelf life, store your microgreens in a dry, cool place. Wash them just before eating. Storing them in a resealable bag or container with a lid works well. Add a paper towel if needed to remove water. Do not store them wet.  Your microgreens should store for 7-14 days in the refrigerator.  Many find these greens stay fresh for up to 30 days!
